The first temper tantrum...

It happened out of the blue...I was laying on the bed playing with Fu Mei, stacking cups and building Barrel of Monkeys chains. Silly me, I took a tiny break to lay my head down and she came over and lifted my head up off the bed kinda hard. Hmmm! So I did it again! Oh no I di int! She proceeded to harshly move my head back up and took my hand and pulled hard. I sat up and she was pulling my sweater. Her face changed and she was very serious. I wondered if she needed to go to the bathroom so we headed toward there but no, she moved past the entrance and pulled me to the corner by the door. I was put in a time out! She pushed my leg to stay there. She even tried to open the door to kick me out!

She was having none of my attempts at humor about this whole situation. It was fascinating to say the least. She kept at it for quite a while too, stubborn little thing. I am looking into my future with her already! I tried to move to come back and sit down but I was pushed back! Hahaa! Finally, I sat back down and she was still pulling on my hands. She never let up. One of the other families came over for a visit and she still kept pulling. I decided to put her in her crib. She cried and cried. It finally ended when I broke out the bread. Smiles all around now!
