Ok, on Sept 29, 2008, China sent referrals to families logged in as of February 15, 2006!! That is coming seriously close to our LID of February 28, 2006!
I am reading about and posting with families who have just seen their precious child's face for the first time. It is thrilling for me to watch these cyber friends become moms and dads (some for the first time). We have all been on this looooong roller coaster ride for years and we know how it feels to have started this process with a "8 month wait" promise.
So, I am hopeful and scared to say that we are starting to feel as if this is going to happen for us finally. Maybe we will see Chelsee's face in the next 2-3 months.
Meanwhile, send a positive thought or a pray out to all the children in China who have been poisoned by the milk powder they have been fed. I have no words for this atrocious scandal. It is quite possible that Chelsee has been fed this poison. I am researching this extensively.
